Wyndham Medical Centre

Designed and delivered by Baade Harbour Geelong (now BC), this four-storey office building is a multifunctional, adaptable space to meet the ever-changing requirements of the area.

The façade combines expansive upper-level glazing, integrated horizontal shading and external terraces above a ground-floor specialist women’s medical hub, balancing transparency with environmental control and providing outdoor breakout spaces for medical and workplace tenants.

Stone flooring, timber ceilings and acoustic ceiling treatments define the foyer as a durable, composed threshold, while frosted glazing screen medical waiting areas from through-traffic and support a clear separation between public circulation and clinical spaces.
