Union Quarter

A short walk from Spotswood Train Station, this Mixed Use Centre integrates commercial and community spaces within clusters at street level.

This mixed-use concept provides residential blocks with elevated, green ground planes serving each cluster of apartments, and creates a destination for social “meet and greet” in a small northern-facing urban square. Atop the shopping centre, elevated planes create communal gardens between apartments, and showcase views of the Yarra River and skyline.
