Tooronga Sports Field

We designed and delivered a new sporting ground at Tooronga for St Kevin’s College.

St Kevin’s College purchased 5.6 hectares of vacant land adjacent to the Tooronga Village Shopping Centre. The land, a former quarry and then a tip, had been capped and level-sealed for use as a car park for the local supermarket. With the School’s Toorak Campus only a short distance away, this site offered an opportunity for the school to create a state-of-the-art track and field facility for exclusive use during school hours, while allowing local community sports groups to hire the spaces after hours.
