TLC Homestead Estate

We designed an extension to an existing aged-care development; TLC Healthcare’s first aged-care project. The estate attracts rural residents wanting to maintain their wide vistas and sense of community.

Homestead Estate comprises 280 beds for residential ageing in place, 4-day respite beds, a retail pharmacy and café, a medical centre providing general practitioners, retail pharmacy, physiotherapy, hydrotherapy pool, mobile radiology, pathology, telehealth and other allied health services to provide care to both residents and patients from the local community.
