The Wallace Apartments

In close proximity to the North Melbourne Train Station, the Wallace Apartments hold two street frontages along Dryburgh and Stawell Streets.

Both express individual contextual responses and character, while drawing from the surrounding warehouse aesthetic. Developed in reference to subway transportation and station architecture, the design uses similar forms, materiality and façade patterning.
