Summus Apartments + Quest Hotel

This strategic site sits within the Highpoint Principal Activity Centre and occupies a prominent position at a three-way intersection.

Two towers, one residential and the other Quest Apartment Hotel, are designed in direct response to these visual axes and, in particular, the approach from Hampstead Road. Set back at the termination of the axis, the taller tower’s façade carefully draws the eye upwards, while a semi-circular forecourt excised from the podium emphasises the ‘Summus’ entrance.
