St John the Apostle Primary School Tarneit is a Prep to 6 primary school in Melbourne’s western growth corridor.

We developed a master plan through extensive consultation with the Project Steering Committee and representatives from the parish, community and Catholic Education Melbourne (now Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools).

The school has been designed for 21st-century learning, with the child at the centre.
Key sustainability initiatives in the design includes a thermally efficient building fabric with good access to natural light and ventilation, hydronic heating, night purge system for summer cooling, solar panels, LED light fittings, rainwater collection for toilet flushing and landscape irrigation, swales and future vegetable gardens.
