Moyne Shire Council engaged Baade Harbour Geelong (now BC) to design and deliver a small eatery on the wharf at Port Fairy.
We delivered a flexible solution with an architectural aesthetic that respects the local maritime history and heritage buildings in the unique area of Port Fairy. Timber-laminated structural framework emphasises the building form, reminiscent of wharf-shed construction techniques. The glazing is maximised to allow occupants to enjoy the surrounding picturesque scenery, whilst maintaining energy efficiency.
