Marriott Waters Shopping Centre

This Neighbourhood Activity Centre is designed in accordance with the principles of Main Street Theory, though modified to create a balanced outcome between the functional needs of Convenience Retail and exceptional Public Realm spaces.

The bookends of the Centre are affectionately known as the “Cobras” for their dramatic cantilevered shape, and these defining points celebrate and contain the length of the retail high street. The Residents Club features an internal swimming pool, gymnasium and secluded garden.
