Mainpoint Apartments

Mainpoint Apartments takes its name from a heritage building at the intersection of Moray Street and City Road. The building is 43 storeys, with 350 apartments.

The stepped form of this mixed-use building mirrors the surrounding urban setting to the north and south. Scaled metal clads the podium, while upper-level office façades are patterned in stylised tree forms.
