Our client required that this development offer a high-quality, mixed-use site that responded to both the local context and the wider Berwick Town Centre urban framework.

The design needed to create a unique, contemporary establishment to benchmark new commercial outcomes and to develop sophisticated public spaces accompanied by financially supportive residential apartments.
