Ilixir Apartments

Ilixir Apartments are one of the new generations of high-quality apartment buildings in the middle-ring suburbs of Melbourne.

The built form is a response to view axes to the site from various streets, and from the apartments to nearby gardens and the Bay. A rooftop garden and pavilion celebrate these views and offer a communal meeting place for residents. The 1, 2, and 3 “Flexi” layouts maximise residents’ freedom to occupy each apartment differently, and the form is crowned with a double-height, fully glazed “lantern” to the south-west.
