450 Nepean

Overlooking Kananook Creek and Port Phillip Bay, this mixed-use complex envisions a new public realm for the City of Frankston.

This development would offer the highest quality office space in the area, 11,000sqm of space capable of subdivision into a variety of sizes all with views of the Bay to the west and as far as the Dandenong Ranges to the east. Above the apartment, the podium extends to 4,000 sqm of retail and commercial space. Active frontages enliven the street interface, while the facade is modelled to accentuate the tower's slender, vertical proportions.
